The exhibition – ‘Mind Body Soul’ – is an exhibition of Andrew Thomas, Contemporary Bronze Sculptures and Phil Hill’s Contemporary, colourful paintings, in four fine art gallery rooms and throughout the house.

The event will be focused on the relationship between art and wellbeing promoting the therapeutic benefits of creative practice for all forms of physical and psychological health issues.

To this end we will be supporting the incredible work of the Alzheimer’s Society, who offer an outstanding service nationwide, and who will have a presence at the venue throughout the duration of the exhibition, to offer information, help and advice to any visitors that may need it.

We are inviting memory café’s, carer groups and many other community support groups to come along to the venue, experience the art in the house, promote their services, and get involved in the creative atmosphere around the grounds if they wish to do so.

Alternatively, they can just simply take advantage of the rare opportunity to explore the venue, and enjoy some respite with their own picnic or refreshments from the café, in the peace and tranquillity of the Leeson House landscape.

Ultimately, the objective of this event is to deliver an inspirational fine art exhibition for the visitors to experience. Also to encourage as many people as possible to adopt creative practices, not only for their immense pleasure and inner rewards that they generate, but also for their extraordinary therapeutic benefits and healing qualities for all forms psychological and physical health issues and general wellbeing.

Get Involved?
If you would like to get involved in the exhibition, then we would love to hear from you and discuss what you would like to do. If you are an individual artist, a club/group organiser, a tutor or a community support group organiser, and you would like to participate at the event, then we would like to add you to our daily program of contributors, and offer you a free listing on our website, which will be live until late February 2018.
We will be featuring a ‘creative community’ notice board at the exhibition, where there will be space for everyone participating at the event to share and promote the details of their group, club or tuition, be it in a text format, flyer or both.
